Are YOU HAPPY / SATISFIED with your Financial Institution?
Can you even say the question with a Straight FACE? I find myself Groaning rather Loudly when asking myself the very question. It is an OXY MORON - HAPPY / BANKING do they even really go together? When have you EVER gone to the bank, walked in the door and found that the line up is one step inside the door and All the tellers are on a break? HOW FRUSTRATING is that? YOU have no choice but to see a teller in person and yet you spend most of your lunch break in the line up waiting. I think the Financial Institutions should start having a COFFEE CART available for all of us in the LINE-UP! Free SANDWICHES would be nice too! Maybe a babysitting service to keep all those screaming children occupied while their parents wait for their turn!
DOES your Financial Institution Meet your Personal Expectations? Do you want more out of your Financial Institution? Should they be open Longer Hours? More Days?

I understand your frustration but this is why I'm not happy with my bank. I unfortunately went bankrupt in 1999. I was discharged in 2000. I was leery about getting credit again but was convinced by a friend to get a secured credit card. It wasn't for much ... $500.00 dollars but they asked for $1,000.00 to secure it. After a year and NO missed payments, I asked when I would be able to get a unsecured credit card and use my $1,000.00. Listen to this... I was told NOT for 7 years. 7 "Fricken" years. A $1,000.00 dollars and a $500.00 dollar credit card. What a Joke!!!! Even a criminal gets a second chance. There's got to be a better way? Any suggestions.
